1) Website use

By using our website, you agree to these terms and to respect our intellectual property. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited. 

2) Orders & payment

Orders are processed after full payment is received. Prices may change without notice. Some products may have limited availability and stock should be confirmed where needed. 

3) Product descriptions

We aim for accurate product descriptions and images, but mistakes may occur. If an item is incorrectly described or priced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. 

4) Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays/damages caused by third-party courier services, or damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear after delivery. 

5) Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA.
