Refund policy

At Fisherman’s Paradise, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 working days of receiving your order (subject to the conditions below). 


1) Change of mind returns

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • It is unused

  • It is in the original packaging

  • It is still in a resellable condition

  • You have proof of purchase

We will provide return instructions to help you send the item back safely. 

2) Incorrect item received

If you received the wrong item, we’ll exchange it for the correct one once we receive the returned item. 

If your original item was part of a promotion and is no longer available, we’ll refund the purchase price (and the delivery fee for online orders). 

Please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. 


3) Items damaged on delivery

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 working days and send clear photos/videos of the damage. 

After we receive the item, we will replace it or issue a full refund if replacement isn’t possible. 

4) Faulty products (possible manufacturing defects)

If you believe a product is faulty, it will be assessed by the supplier/manufacturer. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including delivery fees for online purchases. 

Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, corrosion from improper cleaning, or incorrect storage. If the supplier determines it is not a defect, you may be responsible for courier/inspection fees. 

 

5) Non-returnable items

For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used/opened fishing line

  • Bait

  • Perishable items

  • Opened DVDs (may be exchanged for the same title if defective)

  • Gift cards/vouchers
