Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Do you offer delivery nationwide?
Yes — we offer nationwide delivery in South Africa.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once shipped, we send your waybill/tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Durban & South Coast: 1–3 working days. Major cities: 2–5 working days. Outlying areas: 3–7 working days.
How much is delivery?
R99 in Durban/South Coast/most of KZN, and R129 nationally. Orders over R1,500 qualify for free delivery.
Click & Collect
Can I collect my order instead of delivery?
Yes — Click & Collect is available from our store in Amanzimtoti.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible items can be returned/exchanged within 7 working days of receiving your order.
What if I received the wrong item?
We’ll exchange it, or refund if the correct promotional item is no longer available (delivery fee refunded for online orders).
What if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us within 7 working days and send photos/videos. We’ll replace or refund (if replacement isn’t possible).
What items can’t be returned?
Used/opened fishing line, bait, perishable items, gift cards/vouchers, and opened DVDs (unless defective and exchanged for the same title).
